CFFL conferences switch names!

October 6, 1999 In a bazaar move the CFFL League switched the names of their conferences. Initially, it was believed that the Magnum is the bigger tractor and a much better experienced performer that it was a better fit for the franchise conference. The Maxxum is the newer, up and coming machine and that fit the conference with the newer participants. There was no comment from league officials except for "Da. We thought we'd do it alphabetical." It was noted that all the schedules at all the liquor stores would now have to be changed.
